This 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath bungalow is centrally located, just steps from the playground & within walking distance to all Island shops and restaurants.

 The living area flows naturally into the dining area and into the spacious thoughtfully arranged kitchen which is equipped with all appliances, cookware, dishes, flatware and glasses for 8 people.  A refrigerator with ice-maker, expansive counter space, and a breakfast bar create the perfect atmosphere for families to congregate to creat fresh seafood dinners.  A high chair and baby gates are provided for families traveling with small children.  A convenient half-bath is located on the living area level.

All bedrooms have private full bathrooms, ceiling fans, TV and telephone.

The master bedroom boasts a comfortable king sized bed, a private bathroom and an entrance to a covered deck with steps to the beach.  A port-a-crib is provided for the convenience of families traveling with an infant or toddler.

The top level bedroom with it's comfy queen sized bed has a private bathroom and a tremendous view of the gulf.

The twin bedroom, just down the hall from the master also has a private bathroom.

Enjoy fabulous views of the Gulf from all the decks or walk to the beach via your own private boardwalk. 

There is a park-style charcoal grill out back to let you cook while watching the beautiful sunset.
